to share together in the ministry of Christ in the world
through worship, mission and service


News from John Keble

Appointment of New Incumbent.

JK are pleased to announce that Revd. Andrew Wickens has accepted
the position of Vicar at John Keble Church with the dual role of
Mission Enabler for the A5 Corridor project, a joint  venture
between the Edmonton and Willesden Episcopal areas.

The Eucharist Licensing Service conducted by the Rt Revd.
Dr Anderson Jeremiah, the Bishop of Edmonton, will take place
at John Keble Church on Wednesday 10 December at 7pm  
followed  by a Reception. All are welcome.

John Keble's carol service is on Sunday, 14 December at 6.30 pm,
followed by refreshments

 

CTMH Christmas Day Lunch

This event is being organised by a new team this year and your prayers are invited
to ensure it is successful and reaches those who would otherwise feel lonely
on Christmas Day.

The deadline for applying for the delivery of a lunch on Christmas Day
is nearly here (1st December
) so if you know of anyone or want a meal
or

CTMH Outreach in December…. Highlighting our Churches Together

 Saturday 6th December, 3.30pm

Mill Hill Broadway Town Square (by Boots)
Come and spread some festive cheer in the heart of our local community!
Join with local churches and neighbours as we sing carols together under
the Christmas lights.
Santa hats, reindeer ears, and terrible Christmas jumpers are most welcome
— the more festive, the better!

The week commencing Monday 15th December

Bring Christmas Cheer to early morning commuters at Mill Hill East Station
serving hot drinks and snacks.

Angels on the Broadway

Join us this year on Monday 22nd December from 10am, to hand out chocolate angels
and bags with info about local church services this Christmas time!
We will be in the Town Square, next to Boots, until the chocolate angels
have all been distributed.
Please come and join us to share the Good News!

News from Trinity

Sunday 14 Dec. Gift Service. We bring gifts for the mothers and children
who will be spending Christmas at the Women's Refuge.

Sunday 21 Dec. No morning Service but 4pm Carol Service followed by
Christmas tea.

Wed 24 Dec. 8pm. Christmas Eve Service with Holy Communion led by Revd.
Danny Wheadon.

Thurs 25 Dec. 11.15am. Christmas Day Family Service led by Revd. Danny
Wheadon.

Sun 28 Dec. 10.30am. Methodist Circuit Service at East Finchley
Methodist Church.

On Tuesday evenings during Advent from 7.30-9pm we shall meet online for
sessions of Bible Study, Life Application and Prayer as we prepare for
Christ's coming.

Tues. 9 Dec. "Peace through Christ".

Tues 16 Dec. "Joy in Christ".

Tues, 23 Dec. "Love revealed in Christ".

NEWS FROM THE GOOD NEIGHBOUR SCHEME FOR MILL HILL AND BURNT OAK

Monday 8th December at 11am the GNS Carol Service at St Pauls Church,
The Ridgeway for volunteers, clients and supporters.
