Day Trip to the Seaside

On Saturday 20th July St Michael's are organising a community trip to Southend.
We have hired a 33-seater coach which will leave St Michael's at 9:30am.
After day of fun and fellowship in Christ, the famous pier, sea, sand and hopefully sun,
the coach will leave Southend at 5:00pm (or 4:00pm if the weather is bad).

The cost will be £20 each, which does not quite cover the hire of the coach.
14 places are still available; these must be booked in advance,
and payment must be made at the time of booking.
Speak to Fr Steven or David Barton, or email priest@smmh.org.uk.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, card or bank transfer.
If you really can't afford £20, speak to Father Steven, as we don't want people
who are financially disavantaged to have to miss out.

The Mill Hill Churches Retreat at Pleshey

The retreat this year will be from 9th to 11th August.  It will be led by Rev Mark James, and the topic will be either “The Questions Jesus Asks” or “Personal Encounters with Jesus in the Gospels”.
Fourteen people have already signed up but there are still places - if you’re interested, please contact Maggi Lamb (0208 959 7918)”
